We will give you a step-by-step plan + rennet + 3 x ferment + the mold culture + polycarbonate curd cutter + three cheese molds and two ripening boxes. Enough to cheese 10 liters of milk
The basis to start your own cheese making adventure.
Based on a cheese from our second follow-up workshop, this package contains the essentials for making blue cheese yourself:
- a curd cutter
- 50 ml rennet
- 3 bags of freeze-dried acid culture to make 1 liter of starter culture each time (good for 100 liters of milk)
- Penicilium Roqueforti (blue mold)
- A step-by-step plan for Camembert/brie and one for Ricotta
- three camembert molds with leak gauzes
- Two maturing boxes
