Starter pack with book

The basis to start your own cheese making adventure.

You can of course supplement this further with cheese moulds, a cheese press or ripening box. This pack contains the essentials to start your own cheese making adventure:
- a curd cutter
- 50 ml rennet
- 3 bags of freeze-dried acid culture to make 1 liter of starter culture (good for 100 l of milk)
- A solid basic book, 'making your own cheese' by Tim Smith
