This freeze-dried acid culture is a mixture of different mesophilic strains and sufficient for the cultivation of 1 liter of starter culture, with which you can acidify 100 liters of milk. There are different lactic acid bacterial strains, this one is suitable for the preparation of cottage cheese, sour cream, buttermilk, fresh and hard cheeses. For the more experienced cheesemaker, we also offer the full range of Direct Vat Set (DVS) cultures from Chr. Hansen.
