How can I pay online?
You can pay in several ways at Milk and Magic / cheese making:

You choose your payment method in the 'Payment' step during the ordering process. If you opt for prepayment by bank transfer, you will find the bank details on the order confirmation and the e-mail you will receive. Your order will be shipped after we have received the payment.
Companies, public institutions, schools and organizations should contact our customer service for specific payment terms.
Bancontact/Mister Cash
Pay safely and quickly with Bancontact/Mister Cash. Enter your card number and expiration date and you will be automatically redirected to your bank's trusted site. iDEAL
Do you use internet banking at ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, ING, Knab, Rabobank, RegioBank, SNS Bank, Triodos Bank or Van Lanschoot? Then you have access to iDEAL; payment is simple and follows the same strict security requirements of your bank.
Credit card (Visa/Mastercard)
Your credit card details are securely encrypted using the SSL method, which guarantees a high standard of security. Have your Visa card ready to provide your card number, expiry date and CVC (card verification code, printed on the back). We will ensure correct processing with your credit card organization.
PayPal
Pay quickly and securely online with PayPal. You can use a PayPal account as your digital wallet. A safe and convenient place where you can store your payment details and use them easily, without sharing them. You only need your email address and PayPal password. Bank transfer

When transferring manually, always state the order number from your order confirmation.
Prepayment is not the fastest method of payment. Therefore take into account 1 to 3 working days transfer time. We keep your order reserved for you for 5 working days.
Orders for which we have not received payment within 5 working days may be delayed in shipment. Orders not paid within 10 working days will be canceled automatically. As soon as we have received your payment, the products will be prepared for shipment. You will receive an email when the package is shipped..
I received a payment reminder, but I have already paid. What now?
Have you already made the payment? No problem then, sometimes it happens that the payment and the reminder intersect. If you have already paid the full bill, you can creatively arrange the memory vertically.
If you have not yet paid your bill, we ask you to do so as soon as possible.
My order has been paid, but not shipped yet.

You can always find all information regarding invoices and orders in your Milk-an-magic account (after logging in) on our webshop.

That's possible, in your Milk&Magic account you can easily consult all your invoices.
Do not have an account? Then you can request a copy by e-mail or by post via e-mail. Please provide as much information as possible, such as date of order, name on which the order was registered, invoice number, ...
