How can I pay online?
You can pay in several ways at Milk and Magic / cheese making:

◦ Prepayment by bank transfer
You choose your payment method in the 'Payment' step during the ordering process. If you opt for prepayment by bank transfer, you will find the bank details on the order confirmation and the e-mail you will receive. Your order will be shipped after we have received the payment.
Companies, public institutions, schools and organizations should contact our customer service for specific payment terms.

When transferring manually, always state the order number from your order confirmation.
Prepayment is not the fastest method of payment. Therefore take into account 1 to 3 working days transfer time. We keep your order reserved for you for 5 working days.
Orders for which we have not received payment within 5 working days may be delayed in shipment. Orders not paid within 10 working days will be canceled automatically. I received a payment reminder, but I have already paid. What now?
Have you already made the payment? No problem then, sometimes it happens that the payment and the reminder intersect. If you have already paid the full bill, you can creatively arrange the memory vertically.

Do not have an account? Then you can request a copy by e-mail or by post via e-mail. Please provide as much information as possible, such as date of order, name on which the order was registered, invoice number, ...
