RIGHTS OF RETURN IS NOT ABSOLUTE:
Products that have a limited shelf life, or for which we do not know whether the storage conditions have been respected at all times (rennet, acid culture, bacterial cultures, ...) cannot be returned.
HOW TO RETURN?
The returned products must be undamaged, unused, unopened and if they were sent in their own packaging, in their original packaging. With the same precautions for safe and protected transport as you received the shipment.
