Terms and Conditions

General sales conditions

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our sales or deliveries are subject to the following conditions:

The prices stated on the site are target prices valid on the date of issue; these prices may be adjusted by us at any time without prior notice.

Shipments are made at the risk and expense of the customer, unless stated otherwise. Any objection or comment against our accounts or our goods must be submitted by registered letter at the latest within seven days of receipt in order to be admissible.

4.
In case of damaged shipments, the customer must note this on the transport documents. Any complaints in connection with the delivery must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery.

Delivery times are indicative. Delays cannot give rise to partial or complete cancellation of the purchase or to any compensation.

6.
No return can take place without our written consent. Any return is only made carriage paid to our warehouse, at the expense of the sender, at the risk of the customer. If the complaint is accepted, we are entitled to replace the defective goods, without the customer being able to claim compensation. See also our return policy

7.
Repairs or replacements under warranty are made ex shop in Heverlee.

8.
Sales via the webshop are done with prepayment. In case of non-payment, the goods will not be shipped.

9.
For sale by invoice: All our invoices are payable upon receipt of the goods. In the event of non-payment on the due date, the buyer will be held in default by the mere expiry of the first month after the invoice date. In this case, the amount due will be legally and without prior notice of default and an interest of 1.50% per month or part of the month of delay, from the due date. In addition, any sum that has remained unpaid 15 days from the sending of a reminder letter, will be increased by law by 15% with a minimum of 25 euros by way of fixed and irreducible compensation.

All collection costs are borne by the buyer.

All goods remain our property until full payment and settlement of all obligations. In the absence of payment after the due date, the seller may terminate the contract by operation of law. The buyer is obliged to pay a fixed compensation of 33% of the price in addition to all material damage and/or loss of value.

12.
Only the court in Leuven is competent for all disputes. Only Belgian law applies to our transactions.

Additional or different provisions

Additional provisions or provisions that deviate from these general terms and conditions may not be to the detriment of the consumer and must be recorded in writing or in such a way that they can be stored by the consumer in an accessible manner on a durable data carrier.
