This cheese coating protects hard cheeses against dehydration and possible mold formation.
The coating is applied to the cheese in several layers (2 to 3) with a brush or cloth.
For long-maturing cheeses, an extra layer may be useful after a few months.
You will receive a 1kg bucket of each color. (black-green-brown-red-yellow-transparent).
