Although everything has been carefully checked, there is not a book that does not contain a few errors.
Here are some improvements:
p. 29 goat's and sheep's milk. It is better to treat sheep's milk in the same way as water buffalo milk (same page). Draining 10 - 15% is sufficient, then adding 20 - 25% washing water.
