Cheese mat plastic Food-grade with extra fine mesh.

On a roll, you can choose the length yourself. Fine mesh with a mesh of 1mm that is often placed on the wooden planks in ripening rooms.
Easy to cut to size, for example to place in ripening boxes. Provides ventilation under the cheese and prevents the cheese from sticking to the board.

The rolls are actually 100 cm wide, but for practical reasons we only ship at 50 cm wide. (otherwise they must be packaged and shipped separately).
