Cheese mat plastic Food-grade with fine mesh.

Fine mesh with a mesh of 5mm that is often placed on the wooden planks in ripening rooms.
Easy to cut to size, for example to place in ripening boxes. Provides ventilation under the cheese and prevents the cheese from sticking to the board.

On a roll, you can choose the length yourself.
The rolls are actually 100 cm wide, but for practical reasons we only ship at 50 cm wide. Otherwise they must be packaged and shipped separately.
