Red Cheese Coating with 0.025% Natamycin (mild antifungal).
Contains 0.025% Natamycin, an antifungal agent.
This cheese coating protects hard cheeses against dehydration and possible mold formation.
The coating is applied to the cheese in several layers (2 to 3) with a brush or cloth.
For long-maturing cheeses, an extra layer may be useful after a few months.
