The SELECTION™ range from Chr. Hansen focuses specifically on the home cheesemaker or small producer. In packs of 10 units, good for 100 liters of milk or 50 liters of yogurt, this is an ideal solution. Milk&Magic can offer you this range exclusively

This culture produces flavor and CO2.
When using for buttermilk: 10u for 50-100L of milk.
Remove the culture from the freezer before use and disinfect the package before opening.
Add the contents of the package to the pasteurized milk and mix very well with the milk.

Application :
Very good All-rounder: Butter, buttermilk, fresh cheese, sour cream, ...
blue mold, washed rind cheeses, uncooked curd cheeses (pâte non-cuite).
Also for more robust, continental cheeses e.g. Gouda, Edam, Leerdam, Samsoe.
Also suitable for soft cheese eg. Camenbert, goat
