Application for more robust, continental cheeses eg. Gouda, Edam, Leerdam, Samsoe.
Also suitable for soft cheese eg. Camenbert, Blue Cheese.
When using for buttermilk (buttermilk): 50h for 200-250L of milk.

Remove the culture from the freezer before use and disinfect the package before opening.
Add the contents of the package to the pasteurized milk and mix very well with the milk.
