Perhaps a little more difficult than the St. Paulin, but with this you have everything you need to make three baby Goudas yourself.
2 versions of the step-by-step plan + rennet + 3 x ferment + polycarbonate curd cutter + three cheese moulds, a piece of (uncut and not hemmed) cheesecloth and a small jar of cheese coating (approximately 300 gr.)
The basis to start your own cheese making adventure.
Based on a cheese from our follow-up workshop, this package contains the essentials for making Gouda yourself:
- a curd cutter
- 50 ml rennet
- 3 bags of freeze-dried acid culture to make 1 liter of starter culture each time (good for 100 liters of milk)
- Two step-by-step plans for Gouda and one for Ricotta
- three baby Gouda shapes
- A piece of cheesecloth
- A jar of cheese coating (+/- 300gr)
