If you want to go on the classical tour. Brie or camembert are quick to make, but do require some care afterwards.
We will give you a step-by-step plan + rennet + 3 x ferment + the mold culture + polycarbonate curd cutter + three cheese molds and two ripening boxes. Enough to cheese 4 liters of milk

Based on a cheese from our follow-up workshop, this package contains the essentials for making camembert (or brie) yourself:
- a curd cutter
- 50 ml rennet
- 3 bags of freeze-dried acid culture to make 1 liter of starter culture each time (good for 100 liters of milk)
- Penicilium Candidum (white mold)
- A step-by-step plan for Camembert/brie and one for Ricotta
- three camembert molds with leak gauzes
- Two maturing boxes
